Over the past several years we have developed new processes for creating guides. Ten years ago each guide we produced was made using a screen printing process.

We were able to produce some beautiful pieces for clients, including line art images of their facility or other designs. We were limited by the process, though, and certain things, such as including a full-color image on the front of the guide, were not possible. Times have changed!

Several years back we began creating full-color guides by placing full-color printed pages on top of a solid color vinyl sheet and sealing it within clear vinyl.

Since the time we first offered this option, technology has allowed us to further improve on the process. For the past few years we have been able to print a full-color image directly on vinyl, sealing it in with a clear vinyl overlay (which creates a glossy cover) or a polyurethane top coat (which creates a matte finish).
